Oedo-Koh Water Drop incense is part of the Oedo-Koh Japanese incense range produced by Nippon Kodo.

The incense is inspired by life in the Edo period (1603-1868), when local residents congregated for steam baths and used scented lotion made from distilled floral essences. The Oedo-Koh Water Drop incense (Yuya No Shizuku) is described as being a fragrance that has, “floral warmth like the moment you step out of the bath.”

Oedo-Koh Incense Range by Nippon Kodo

NIPPON KODO
trace their origin back over 400 years to an incense maker known as Koju, who made incense for the Emperor of Japan. The Nippon Kodo Group was established in August 1965, merging incense companies from around the world.

Packaging

The Oedo-Koh incense range is beautifully packaged, and perfect for gifting. The incense is boxed in a paulownia wood box, with a stylish design-led printed sleeve. It includes a silver coloured incense holder to burn the incense.
