The woody, spicy and delicate notes of the Forest of Flowers, or Foret de Fleurs, has the warm and welcoming character of the spicy blend of sandalwood and freshly-scented lily. The wood of Cercidiphyllum Japonicum (katsura) is harvested from a fast growing tree with the nickname Caramel Tree. When the leaves of Cecidiphyllum fall, the smell that emerges has the delicious scent of cake out of the oven. It constitutes the highest proportion of the recipe, which is also composed of sandalwood, cinnamon and daphne flower.
