HOW LONG DOES WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

Items are usually dispatched within 1-4 days, Monday to Friday only, unless it states otherwise on the item description. In exceptional circumstances, dispatch may take longer, but we will always let you know if this is the case.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All items are sent standard courier delivery. All packages are tracked.
You will receive email notification when your item has shipped.

PACKAGING

Packaging policy: please note that we use biodegradable packaging for all our shipments. This includes all-paper protective bags, paper-based sealing tape, cornstarch or paper fillers and recycled content card boxes.

PAPER-FREE

We don’t include printed order information in our packages. Please find order information in your inbox.

Orders

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders are processed online through the online checkout system. We cannot process orders over the phone, or by email.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Opening an account is optional. You are welcome to checkout as a guest.
However if you open an account you can see previous and pending orders, save your shopping cart and create a wishlist.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please email orders@incensei.co.uk if you need to cancel or change your order.
We can only cancel or change your order if it has not yet shipped. If it had already shipped please follow the returns proceedure.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
